It is solely your responsibility to determine whether your use of the website is lawful, and you must comply with all applicable laws. Relikks Cards & Collectibles reserves the right to request proof of identification and age (for example, proof of your ability to purchase certain items).

We reserve the right at any time to reject, correct cancel or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever.  If the price of any product you order was incorrectly displayed on our website, we will provide you with an opportunity to place an order at the correct price. If the description of a product was incorrectly displayed on our website at the time of purchase, we will provide a full refund for that order. Due to potential fraudulent purchases, when placing an order with a credit card on relikks.com the billing and shipping address must match. If the billing and shipping address do not match we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Advertisements on our website are invitations to you to make offers to purchase products and services on the website and do not offer to sell. A properly completed and delivered order form constitutes your offer to purchase the products or services referenced in your order. Your order will be deemed to be accepted once you have accepted the Terms & Conditions of relikks.com and submitted your payment for your order. Accepting the Terms & Conditions of relikks.com and submitting payment for your order constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a legally binding contract with Relikks Cards & Collectibles, which operates relikks.com.

The total price of your order will be charged to your credit card or deducted from your PayPal account once you have gone through our online checkout. If you wish to cancel an order, you may request a cancellation by logging into your account and cancelling your order or by contacting us via our website ‘Contact Us’ page. You must cancel your order before your item has been shipped. If we do not receive and process your cancellation request before we ship your order, we will not accept the cancellation request.

We strive to ship out all orders placed via our website the following business day, however, some orders may take longer to process.

We will not accept returns on any products unless the item was damaged during shipping, in which case we will do an exchange. If damaged, the item must be returned within 14 days of delivery with a copy of your invoice. In the event that a returned order has any packaging, manuals, accessories or other items missing, the return will be refused. Shipping charges are non-refundable; however, we will refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part or if the item was damaged during shipping.

All sales are final. Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances unless there was an error on our part or the item was damaged during shipment. If there was an error on our part with the shipment or the item was damaged during shipment we will offer an exchange. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. If there is an error with the purchased item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. If you do not contact us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment we will not allow a return of the item under any circumstances.

We will not be held responsible for manufacturer’s errors and defects such as damaged/missing cards or damaged internal components (within a sealed box). We will not accept returns on any items that we deem to be a manufacturer’s error but we will direct you to the manufacturer’s customer service for replacement inquiries.

Refunds will only be issued for orders that have been cancelled prior to shipment. All refunds are subject to a 3% transaction fee surcharge. If a refund is requested prior to the shipment of an order you will be issued a refund in full minus 3% of the total including tax and shipping charges.

Payments sent for group/box/case breaks are absolutely non-refundable under any circumstances. If a refund is requested or dispute filed the user will be banned from participating in future breaks.

We rely on the information you provide through the website, including registration information (name and email address), payment information (credit card numbers and expiration dates), and transaction-related information, which must be true, accurate, current and complete. You will be solely responsible and liable for any and all loss, damage, and additional costs that you, we or any other person may incur as a result of your submission of any false, incorrect or incomplete information or your failure to update your registration information and payment information within 30 days of any change.

Relikks Cards & Collectibles will not be held responsible for any manufacturer defects including damaged cards, printing errors or missing cards from new/sealed card boxes or cases. If a customer encounters any of these defects they will need to contact the manufacturer’s customer service department directly to resolve the issue. Contact information for the manufacturer is most often located directly on the box. If any additional information is needed by the manufacturer, Relikks Cards & Collectibles will furnish this information upon request.
